Easy stuffing-stuffed chicken with Gravy
This recipe is so easy and inexpensive to prepare and very delicious. We hope you enjoy it!
Preheat oven to 350.

INGREDIENTS
1 box Stovetop Stuffing (Either chicken or savory herbs. Both work just fine)
1 jar chicken gravy
3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1-1/2 cups Italian-style breadcrumbs
3/4 stick of butter
Melt butter. Add breadcrumbs and mix until combined.
In another bowl, mix stuffing according to package directions, but without cooking.
Pound chicken breasts to about 1/4″ thickness.
Spread stuffing over chicken breasts and roll up jelly roll style.
Pack breadcrumb mixture on each chicken breast and place in baking dish and bake in oven for 45-50 minutes.
Add gravy and cover with foil. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Let rest covered 5-10 minutes once out of the oven. Serve with any side you like.
