Grilled Cherrystone Clams
I have wanted to make these all week. Created my own off other recipes I have seen and added my own twist. We hope you enjoy. They were very delicious!
12-20 cherrystone clams (littleneck clams may be substituted as well)
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1-2 Tb Chopped fresh parsley (or to taste) for garnishing
Scrub clams well. Place on grill or in a grill basket (as used in this recipe)
Cook until they open. Discard any that do not open after 10 minutes. Add to a serving bowl.
Melt butter and add garlic and Old Bay. Pour over clams in serving bowl. Mix well. Add chopped parsley and mix once more.
