Shrimp and Scallop Pasta

This was very good! We hope you try it yourselves.

1/2 lb. jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
3/4 lb. bay scallops
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp blackening spice (or spices of choice)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp oregano
1/2 box or 4 oz cooked pasta (bow-ties used in this recipe), prepared as instructed and drained
1 Tb chopped or minced garlic

In a medium mixing bowl, combine shrimp and scallops. Set aside.

Prepare pasta.

Add 1 Tb butter to skillet and heat over medium-low heat. Add shrimp and scallop mixture. Add garlic. Sauté until shrimp and scallops are browned. Add remaining butter. Mix well and remove from heat. Stir in prepared pasta.
