Well, we have had a few very stressful months! We have been going thru the following in April and May: Death of a Parent, Divorce, Finding and making a New Home Purchase, Foster Parenting processing with an addition of a 1 and 3 year old boys from another State! Whew! Well, we are settling down from this crazy time and finding time to work on our blog and well to actually cook again!

Sue has now entered into the realm of fish sticks and boxed mac and cheese! Things she said she would never buy or make are now appearing in her cupboards. O, the terror haha!  Well, her older kids have been eating her concoctions for years and now the wee ones are being introduced to “Country Cooking” and actually liking it!

Thank-you for all of your support and patience as we have not fallen off the face of the earth! We love our fans and readers and hope you enjoy our posts as we resume back into New Routines! Your Prayers and Support are greatly appreciated!
