My mom, Helen, makes this at Christmas every year and it is so addicting. In the picture, it is shaped as a wreath, but can be shaped any way you prefer. If you prefer, you may garnish with 1/2 cup chopped pecans and it would still be wonderful. Serve with crackers or toasted bread slices. We hope you enjoy it!

2 8oz packages cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise (or to taste)
1/2 cup chopped green onion (or to taste)
6-8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
1-2 Tb pimentos or as needed to garnish (optional)

In a medium bowl, let cream cheese soften at room temperature. Add mayonnaise, bacon and chopped green onion. Shape as desired on serving dish. Garnish with parsley and pimentos, or if you prefer, chopped pecans.
