Maple Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin
This was so incredibly easy and delicious! I buy my thick-cut bacon from Cracker Barrel. The quality is so good and the price is very reasonable. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
1 pork tenderloin
1 lb. thick-cut bacon
4 oz maple syrup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 tsp ground sage
1 Tb ground black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
In a small bowl, mix together syrup, vinegar, brown sugar, sage, salt and pepper.
Place bacon in large plastic bag and pour syrup mixture over. Marinade a few hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350.
Wrap tenderloin in bacon. Pour remaining marinade over all. Bake 45 minutes. Transfer from baking dish to another to remove from grease, or drain grease from pan. Continue baking 45 minutes longer in oven. Let rest 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
Y’all Enjoy!
