Baked Steelhead Trout
2 large steelhead trout filets (salmon may be substituted)
2 Tb olive oil
1 Tb Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp garlic salt
1 Tb ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 375.
In a small bowl, combine oil and spices and mix well. Place trout filets in a large cast iron skillet or baking dish. Bake 35 minutes on middle rack. Switch oven to broil and broil 2 minutes, watching closely, until browned.
