Helen’s Cheese Ball

My mom makes a fantastic cheese ball and has been making it the same way for years. It is a big hit everywhere she takes it. Very easy, too.

1 8oz block cream cheese, softened
1 small jar sharp cheddar cheese spread (about 4-5 oz)
3-4 oz crumbled blue cheese
1 tsp red wine vinegar
Dash of garlic salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and form into a ball. Let sit in refrigerator several hours to set. Roll in chopped pecans and serve.
