Sautéed Vegetables with Smoked Turkey Sausage

1 Tb olive oil
1 whole link smoked turkey sausage (or kielbasa), sliced
3 yellow squash, sliced
3 zucchini sliced
8 oz snow pea pods
6 Roma tomatoes, sliced into eighths, lengthwise
4-5 green onions, chopped
1 32oz carton chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add oil and sausage. Brown well. Add prepared vegetables and sauté. Add broth, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to simmer and cook about 20 minutes or until desired tenderness.
