Green Beans with Peppers and Garlic

2 Tb olive oil
8 oz whole, fresh green beans
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 can chicken broth
2 tsp minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and vegetables. Stir well. Mix in garlic, salt, pepper and broth. Reduce heat to simmer and cook until vegetables are softened, yet slightly still crisp, about 15 minutes.
