Chicken Prosciutto Tortellini Salad

2 9oz packages Buitoni Chicken and Prosciutto pasta
2-3 oz chopped red onion (approximately 1 quarter red onion)
3 Roma tomatoes, quartered lengthwise and sliced
2 zucchini, quartered lengthwise and sliced
1/4 cup pitted sliced Kalamata olives
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 oz crumbled goat cheese (feta or gorgonzola can be substituted)

Cook tortellini to package instructions. Drain in colander and let cool.

Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
