Onion Crusted Salmon
This was one I just made up tonight after thinking about it. I never know how these dishes come out, but this one melts in the mouth and tastes like it came out of a nice restaurant.
The spices were an “on the fly” thought in the process. It had so much flavor, it was breathtaking! It is so easy and so delicious.
3 nice size salmon filets, rinsed and patted dry
Cooking spray (I use PAM)
1-28 oz container of French’s Original Dried Onions
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
2 Tb garlic powder, or to taste
1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper, or to taste
Preheat oven to 375.
