1 cup sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 dash salt
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 -4 ripe bananas, sliced thin and dipped in lemon juice
2 boxes vanilla wafersMix sugar and eggs together. Add salt, cornstarch, and milk. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly; cook until thickened. Remove from heat; add vanilla and mix well.In serving bowl or 13 x 9 glass baking dish, layer the wafers, bananas, and the pudding. Next cover with the Meringue!
