Crab Claws

Normally, I would not post this because it is so simple, but I am because I have overcooked them or undercooked them in the past. Four minutes in a hard, rolling boil works perfectly. Remove to plate with tongs and rest five minutes. They come out fantastic that way.

3-4 lbs medium, frozen snow crab clusters
1 stick butter, melted

Bring a large stockpot with water to a rolling boil. Add crab claws.

After 4 minutes, remove claws from pot and put on a large plate or platter. Let rest 5 minutes. The steam in the claws, once removed, will finish the cooking process and help make them easier to snap apart.

Serve with drawn butter and/or cocktail sauce.
