Heat Grill up to 400 degrees on High and sear Meat for 3-5 minutes on each side. Turn grill to Low and cook on each side for 5-10 more minutes until no longer pink. Transfer to serving dish and drizzle with Roasted Balsamic Honey Glaze.
ROASTED BALSAMIC HONEY GLAZE

3/4 Honey or Brown Sugar
Mix balsamic vinegar with Honey or Brown Sugar in a saucepan over Med heat stirring constantly until dissolved. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to Low, and simmer until glaze is reduced by half, about 15 minutes. Glaze should coat the back of a spoon. Let cool and pour into a jar with a lid and store in the fridge. Great on Grilled Beets, any Meat, etc…. Awesome taste!!!
