Shrimp With Creole Seasoning
20-30 raw jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined and tails left on
Creole seasoning to taste (available on this site)
1 stick butter
8 medium (approx 6″) wooden skewers, soaked in water for 1/2 hour
Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp to skewers. Dredge lightly in Creole seasoning. Be careful because seasoning is quite spicy. Place skewers in heated skillet and butter approximately 2-3 minutes on each side or until tails curl, four at a time. Remove to plate.
Serve with Spanish Yellow Rice (available on this site) and roasted vegetables (available on this site).
