Buffalo Sauce for Shrimp or Chicken Wings
This wing/shrimp Buffalo sauce came out great and adhered well on the grill. Double if necessary for multiple shrimp or chicken wings.
1/2 stick butter
2 Tb Sriracha hot sauce
1 Tb hot sauce (I used Tabasco and it worked very well)
1 Tb white wine vinegar or white vinegar
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp black pepper
In a small saucepan or skillet, melt butter over low/medium heat. Add all other ingredients and stir until blended. Remove from heat and rest for about 5-10 minutes. Brush on shrimp or wings and grill as desired.
