McMama Meatloaf
INGREDIENTS:
3 lbs ground beef
2 lbs bulk Italian sausage (I used mild)
1 onion chopped
1 tsp. sea salt…
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. oregano (I used fresh oregano)
1 Tbsp. basil
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 Tbsp. hot sauce (I used Crystal)
1/3’cup milk
1.5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Sauce of choice.

Sauce of choice.
As far as the sauce, I usually use marinara, but tonight used leftover sauce I had made from scratch and froze.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into a loaf. Bake at 350 in a preheated oven for an hour. Take out and add sauce over top. Cook for another 45 minutes. Slice to check doneness, but it is usually about that long. Serve over white rice.
